Packaging operation process

Material - After the weighing is full, the conveyor stops and the valve closes to complete the measuring process - the lifting platform automatically descends - the bag clamper is automatically released - the hook is automatically released and automatically reset - the button starts the conveyor to send the material package forward to a packaging bag position - Repeat the above cycle.
Note: 1 In the above-mentioned automatic filling process, the  items need manual operation, and the others are completed automatically. Because the weighing controller of the upper weighing packaging machine enables the automatic peeling function, the measurement can only be started after the lifting platform is stopped and the external force is stable. If the measurement is started by the bag clamping signal during the platform's ascent, and the platform is running at this time, the external force is a variable The tare weight removed is also a variable that can cause the actual weight of the packaged material to not match the weighed weight. Therefore, a metering start signal is set separately to ensure the accuracy of metering.
2 During the filling process, the lifting platform will automatically drop the vibrating material bag. The timing of this drop can be set at will on the weighing controller with a weight parameter (for example, the packaging specification is 1000Kg, and the vibrating weight is 500Kg. When the material in the bag reaches the When 500Kg, the lifting platform will automatically drop the vibrating material bag and then automatically rise to continue filling)
In addition, if the automatic vibrating does not achieve the desired effect, you can also manually press the control button of the lifting platform during the filling process to lower the platform to vibrate the material package, and the number of times is not limited. After the vibration is completed, the lifting platform is raised, and the automatic metering process in this process is uninterrupted. During this process, the lifting platform can be controlled manually and simultaneously during the automatic metering process.
3. After the quantitative filling of the packaging bag is completed, it is sent out by the chain conveyor. At this time, the material package needs to be transported to the warehouse for storage. Usually, there are two forms of crane transfer and forklift transfer. It takes about 3 minutes for each packaging machine to wrap a package. Users should consider the number of transfer forklifts so that the package can be transported off the chain conveyor in time, otherwise it will affect the packaging speed. . If using a forklift to transfer, it is recommended to use a local forklift and a transfer forklift. The local forklift moves the material package on the chain conveyor to the nearest ground, transfers the forklift, and then transports the material package to the warehouse, so that the continuous operation of the packaging machine will not When there are forklift stations such as packaging stations, the work efficiency is very high.
4. The controller can set the range of over-tolerance and under-tolerance, and set the over-tolerance and under-tolerance explosion-proof sound and light alarms at the control box. When there is out-of-tolerance or under-tolerance in the automatic packaging process, the sound and light alarm will whistle and the lights will flash. At this time, the operator will handle it manually.
