Performance characteristics
1.This machine is used for powder materials containing water. Because the materials are viscous and do not flow well, the belt feeding method is adopted to ensure the smooth filling of the materials into the packaging bags.
2.The feeder is controlled by the frequency converter, and the program control automatically switches the speed.
3.Automatic sealing by sewing machine. The machine adopts a semi-closed structure that is easy to maintain, and the end of the crankshaft adopts a closed rolling bearing structure to achieve high speed, wear resistance and flexibility. There are two types of lubrication systems: oil cup penetration wool oil storage lubrication type and automatic spray type. The key parts are made of high-quality alloy steel and alloy copper and other high wear-resistant materials. The braid cutter device is a safe and reliable built-in structure. The machine head is suspended on the column frame and is connected with the feeding device of the conveying bag.

Work process
Start the hoist--manual bagging--press the start button to clamp the bag--automatically start fast-feeding--automatically switch to slow-feeding when the set value is reached--stop valve automatically closes at the end of slow-feeding-- The bag clamper automatically opens the packaging bag and falls on the conveyor belt---conveying the seam bag---repeating the above cycle. The whole process only needs manual bagging, and other actions are automatically completed by PLC control.
