Process description
When the control system is started, after the bag is wrapped through the bag clamping switch, the air pump is inserted into the bag by the control of the cylinder, and the large and small auger of the packaging machine starts to convey the material into the bag. When the weight of the material reaches the set air suction weight ( Adjustable), the auger stops working, the air pump starts to pump air (the time is adjustable), after the air pumping is over, the air pump returns to the initial working position, and the auger starts again for the final micro-feeding to ensure the weighing accuracy; When the weight reaches the set requirement, the auger stops feeding, the bag holder is automatically opened, and the conveyor transports the weighed packaging material to the sewing machine for sewing, and the whole process ends.
